STATEMENT OF BELIEFS

Creekside Ministries believes in one God, Maker of all things, eternally existent in three persons: the Father, Son and the Holy Spirit.

We believe that God became incarnate (of flesh and blood) and dwelt among us. He prepared Himself a body; was born of a virgin, was begotten by the Holy Spirit, lived a sinless life and is true God and true man. We believe in the deity of Jesus Christ.
We believe that Jesus Christ was crucified and died a vicarious death. We believe in His glorious resurrection from the dead and His accession into heaven, where He is now seated at the right hand of God the Father.
We believe in the personal salvation of believers and that it is a gift of God - the result of faith and repentance through the shed blood of Jesus Christ.
We believe in the blessed hope-the imminent, personal return of the Lord Jesus Christ.
We believe in healing, that it is included in the atonement and is a definite part of the redemptive work of Christ.
We believe in the sanctifying power of the Holy Spirit, and that by His indwelling, the Christian is enabled to live an overcoming and fulfilling life.
We believe that the purpose of the Church is for the building up and edification of the saints.  Meaning we need one another and the community that Christ has for those that believe.
