A Real People Serving a Real God

We are a group of people seeking to know God. We strive to be a growing community gathered around Jesus, and to express a compassionate heart by sharing the love of Jesus with those around us. Creekside is a place where you can truly come as you are.

Over the past year, the word real has crossed our lips many times. We are a generation that longs for something real. We are not satisfied with just hearing about God; we want to know the real God in a real and personal way. We are a community of young people, mainly twenties but everyone is welcome, who are coming and finding what our hearts have been longing for-we're getting to know God. We are not the church of the future; we are a vital part of the church now. God is continually compelling us to think beyond ourselves and reach our generation with the hope and truth of the gospel. He is making it clear that as a generation of young adults we are not to wait until the future to be used by Him. God wants to use us now to impact this broken and hurting world with His power and love.

Over the last year or two, we have been meeting together weekly on Thursday nights at 7:00 pm but have chosen to take a break for the spring and summer to spread out and help out the many other ministries at Creekside. A season of being fed and poured into has now provided us the opportunity to give back to the church and community. We will be volunteering in our children's ministry, youth ministry, and around the building helping out. We will also be getting together once a month for fellowship as group for cookouts, ballgames, and other events. Check out the list of events below. We hope you can make it out to join us!

Drive-In Movie Night

Join us for a night at the movies. Drive in tickets are $10 a person for a double header. Movies to be announced. Dinner plans will be coordinated for more fellowship as well. Stay tuned. Contact Doug Bubalo for more information.

Indians Game

A summer night with America's favorite past time. Come out for some fellowship at Victory field downtown. We will be gathering in Left-Center field and sitting in the lawn. Bring blankets, snacks, and drinks. Hope to see you there.

King's Island Trip

Creekside's Youth are working hard to raise money that will allow them to host a total of 80 children and 20 adults that are under privelaged and unable to normally enjoy the thrills of something like King's Island. If you would like to donate or help out, please contact Tony or Jennifer Wrin! We will be meeting at the church at 7:30 am to load buses so we can be there around 9 when the park opens. We will be returning that evening after the park closes.

Mercy Me & Jeremy Camp @ Indiana State Fair

Mercy me and Jeremy Camp will be in concert at the Indiana State fair this year. Concert is on a Wednesday night but we hope you can make it. Price is $25 which includes access to the entire fair. Will be coordinating a meeting time and things to do before hand. So stay in touch! Contact Doug Bubalo for more information.
